(BEIJING, July 13) -- The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has announced that Latvia will replace Japan in Group B at the FIBA Diamond Ball for Women. They will compete against Russia and the United States in the same group. Group A remains unchanged, comprised of China, Mali and Australia.

The Diamond Ball for Women will take place from August 2 to 5 at the Haining Sports Center in Haining, Zhejiang Province.
