意为“使人满意，正合要求, 恰到好处”，原意是射中靶心，射中者对自己的射击技术非常满意。现在表示食物或饮品正好满足了某种需要，“到达了某个点”。在口语中，某样东西能 hit the spot，一定是让你感觉很痛快，很过瘾。
